Returns Information

At Handy Racks our aim is customer satisfaction you have 30 days from the date of recieving your order to return exchange of any unused item.

Please contact us at sales@handyracks.co.uk and we can issure you with a returns number.

Return of goods is the responsibility of the customer, for this reason we suggest an insured method of return such as Recorded Delivery.

Unfortunatly we can not cover the costs of retuning unwanted / exchanged items unless damaged or faulty goods although we do offer free replacement postage. 

 

Due to the nature and vase useage of our procucts please be aware it is your responsibility to make sure the item is used is a safe way and is fit for the job you intend to use it for no warranty is given or implied other then for the Holder.

We are unable to refund or exchange any special order or custom items under any circumstances
